ELIGIBILITY: Our services are
available only to individuals who can form legally binding contracts
under applicable law. Without limiting the foregoing, our services
are not available to minors. If you do not qualify, please do not
use our services. A2Z Auctions may refuse our services to anyone at
any time, at our sole discretion.
CUSTOMER INFORMATION: You must register in order to place a
bid on this system. You agree to provide and maintain accurate
Customer Information. If your Customer Information changes, you must
change your name, mailing address or phone number. Only your bidder
number will ever be displayed online. Your email address will never
be displayed online and third party's will not be able to contact
you.
BIDDING: By placing a bid you are entering into a legally
binding contract and you agree that you will purchase the item for
the amount of your bid should you be the high bidder at closing. All
sales are final and bids may not be retracted except in the case of
an obvious and grievous error in the bidding process. If such an
error has occurred, you must inform A2Z Auctions immediately and
include a description of the error. A2Z Auctions, at our sole
discretion will make a ruling on the error and the decisions of A2Z
Auctions will be final. Bidding on the wrong item, changing your
mind, or bidding a few dollars more than you wished are not grounds
for bid retraction.
BREACH: A2Z Auctions may immediately issue a warning,
temporarily suspend, indefinitely suspend or terminate your
membership, if you breach this agreement or if we are unable to
verify or authenticate any information you provide to us.
AUCTION CLOSINGS: Auctions will end at the stated time unless there
is bidding within the final 2 minutes of the auction. In these
cases, bidding will be extended until a 2 minute period where no
bids have been received has elapsed. At that time, the auction will
close.
SYSTEM INTEGRITY: A2Z Auctions system is offered "as is". We
do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or secure access to our
services, and operation of our site may be interfered with by
numerous factors outside of our control. A2Z Auctions makes no
guarantees about its system's performance, and is not responsible
for missed bids, missed or unsent email notices, general system
failures, server downtime, or software errors.
EARLY TERMINATION: An auction may at our sole discretion be
terminated at any time without notice.
PAYMENT: At the close of an auction, the winning bidder must
pay for item(s) purchased by the time and date specified for that
auction. If A2Z Auctions determines the highest bidder was not a
genuine bid, the item does not automatically go to the next highest
bid. If items are not paid for and removed in the time specified,
A2Z Auctions reserves the right to resell the item without notice.
BUYERS PREMIUM AND SALES TAX: Buyers premium is set for each
auction. If no buyers premium is stated at a specific auction it
will be a standard of 10%. This means that if an item sells for $10
the buyers premium would be $1, and the total for the invoice would
be $11. The buyers premium is non-negotiable and is payable by all
buyers. When an item is subject to sales tax, A2Z Auctions will
collect sales tax at the time of payment. Tax will be calculated
based on the winning bid price plus the buyers premium.
CONDITIONS: All items are sold "AS IS" with no guarantee
offered by A2Z Auctions or the seller. The buyer assumes complete
and sole responsibility for inspection of an item prior to bidding
and relies solely on their own inspection as to the condition and
value of items.
AUCTION SITES: All parties enter auction sites at their own
risk. Persons attending auction sites for inspection, sale or
removal of items assume all risks of injury, damage or loss of
property and will not hold A2Z Auctions or seller
responsible/liable.
REMOVAL: A2Z Auctions is not responsible for item removal.
Winning bidders are solely responsible for the removal, dismantle,
disconnection, and/or loading of items. Any damage occurred during
the removal process shall be the responsibility of winning bidder to
repair.
AMENDMENTS: A2Z Auctions may make changes to the Terms and
Conditions by posting the amended terms on our site.
